Home Sauna Direct Return & Refund Policy
At Home Sauna Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days from the date you receive your sauna or accessories, or the date a third party (appointed by you) takes possession of the goods.
1. Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party (other than the freight carrier) takes possession of the product.
To exercise your cancellation rights, you must inform us of your decision by providing a clear written statement.

Once we receive the returned goods at our facility, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to place the order, and you will not incur any processing fees for the reimbursement.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods must have been received within the last 30 days.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
- The items must be completely unused and in resellable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Saunas or products made to your exact specifications or clearly personalized.
- Products that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return.
- Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., used sauna accessories, towels, or interior seating elements).
- Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items or permanently installed.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
4. Returning Goods
Returns come with zero restocking cost.

Because saunas and related accessories are often large and valuable items, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable freight or shipping service for your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned goods and inspection, or with certified proof of delivery.
5. Gifts
- If the items were marked as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or gift certificate for that amount.
- If the items were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver’s original payment method.
