1. General Information

We are the operator of https://homesaunadirect.com, referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our.” By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and smooth transaction process for both parties.

  • Subject to Availability: We strive to keep our sauna inventory and listings up-to-date, but stock levels can change. If a sauna or accessory you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and help facilitate a suitable solution or refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your sauna or accessories. The shipping charges will be collected along with your payment for the order. These will be the final shipping costs unless otherwise notified prior to dispatch.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receiving your sauna, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs and any applicable freight restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Refunds will not include any original shipping or freight charges.

3.2 Warranty Returns

For warranty claims, customers may submit a request within 90 days from the date of receiving the item. Return shipping for warranty claims is initially the customer’s responsibility but will be reimbursed once the warranty defect is verified. Upon processing, customers will have the option of receiving a refund, replacement parts, a full replacement, or store credit.

4. Delivery Information

4.1 Domestic Delivery Times

Domestic orders typically take 3 – 7 business days to arrive, depending on freight routing and scheduling.

4.2 International Delivery Times

International shipments may take 5 – 20 business days, depending on the freight courier, customs processing, and destination.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of purchase.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately before dispatch. Once a sauna has been dispatched with the freight carrier, address changes cannot be made or may incur significant rerouting fees.

4.5 P.O. Box and Military Shipping

Due to the large size and weight of our saunas, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. All sauna deliveries require a physical street address capable of receiving freight shipments. (Smaller accessories may be shipped via standard postal services).

4.6 Backordered Saunas

If the sauna you ordered is currently out of stock or on backorder, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available at our warehouse, or provide a full refund if preferred.

4.7 Delivery Time Concerns

If your delivery exceeds the estimated time frame, please contact our customer support team so we can open an inquiry with the freight carrier.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive tracking numbers and links to monitor the shipment’s progress and coordinate delivery drop-offs.

6. Damaged Parcels

Because saunas are large freight items, please inspect the packaging thoroughly upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, please reject the delivery with the driver if possible and note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). If it is accepted, contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will resolve the issue as per the courier’s insurance policies.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable to orders where required by law and will be calculated and included in the final price at checkout.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable import duties and taxes will be prepaid, ensuring there are no surprise customs charges at delivery.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund. Once a sauna has been shipped and is in transit, cancellations will be handled according to our standard return policy, and the customer will be responsible for round-trip freight costs.

9. Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for loss and damage based on the freight courier’s policy. Please review the specific shipping provider’s terms for full details.
