Welcome to Home Sauna Direct! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a transparent and smooth transaction process.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately to provide a solution or a full refund.

2. Payment & Dispatch

In alignment with our Payment Policy , full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

  • Authorization: Orders will only be processed and scheduled for freight delivery once payment has been successfully authorized and completed.
  • Dispatch Time: Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These charges are collected at the time of purchase and are final unless otherwise notified prior to dispatch.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic: 3 – 7 business days.
  • International: 5 – 20 business days (Import duties and taxes are prepaid for international orders).

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Due to the size of our saunas, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all freight shipments.
  • Address Changes: Please contact us immediately for address changes. Once dispatched, changes may incur significant rerouting fees.

6. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all freight thoroughly upon arrival. If the packaging is damaged, reject the delivery with the driver and note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Contact us immediately with photos to initiate a resolution.

7. Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before dispatch. Once in transit, cancellations are treated as returns.
  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on restocking and shipping responsibilities.
